Leena Maglorie

Leena joins Pratham UK as the Special Events Manager, leading the planning and execution of high-profile events. Working in the charity industry for over 10 years, she brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, most recently serving as a Relationship Fundraising Manager at Macmillan Cancer Support. Leena’s extensive background includes managing high value events, corporate fundraising, individual giving and volunteer engagement. Completing a qualification in fundraising has further enhanced her skills and knowledge in strategic fundraising and best practices in the charity sector.

Leena’s passion for global education and international development was fuelled by her studies in geography. She is committed to improving children’s access to education worldwide, blending her fundraising expertise with a strong desire and dedication to creating lasting, positive and impactful changes globally.
