Sunayna Sethi

Sunayna is the head of strategic communications for the UK government’s research and innovation agency, UKRI. She is adept at securing impact through communication and positioning strategies and has extensive experience in integrated campaigns, stakeholder, and public engagement. Prior to this role, she was the head of content for the Economist Events, responsible for delivering thought-provoking events across the EMEA region.

Sunayna holds a Master’s in Economics and Finance from University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s in Economics from St Xavier’s College in India. She is a passionate tennis player having won tennis tournaments at national level in India. She has been a long-term supporter of Pratham UK, believing strongly in its cause and organising several fund-raising/awareness events for them in the UK.
