Federica Sala

Federica is the Special Events Manager at Pratham UK, where she leads on the planning and delivery of high/profile events that connect supporters with Pratham’s mission. With over a decade of experience in cultural programming, strategic
partnerships, and public engagement, she brings a creative, advocacy-driven approach to her work.
Before joining Pratham, she held roles at Japan House London, Sophie Walker Studio, Triennale Design Musem and other international arts institutions across Europe and Asia, curating high-impact programmes that bridged culture, policy, and
social impact. She has collaborated with global stakeholders — from policymakers and artists to grassroots organisers — and has a particular interest in designing inclusive experiences that amplify underrepresented voices.
She is deeply committed to education as a tool for empowerment and believes in the power of storytelling and collective action to create lasting social change. Alongside her work, she is actively involved in local political and community initiatives in Southeast London, with a focus on equity, access, and civic participation.
