Jennifer Mathew

Jennifer is an experienced development professional with over 14 years in the nonprofit sector across India and the UK. After earning her Master’s in Social Work, she began her career with CAPART in New Delhi, advancing to manage UNAIDS HIV/AIDS interventions in Andhra Pradesh. She later consulted for UNICEF and the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, evaluating and implementing partner NGOs across several states.

In the UK, she has worked with Locality and Mencap UK, focusing on employment training and community asset management and freelanced as a consultant for Mind UK, reviewing their CRM system. After a fulfilling nine year break working in primary education, she became a certified Salesforce Administrator to re-enter the nonprofit sector. Her diverse background fuels her creative approach to project coordination, relationship management and cross-team collaboration.

As a parent of a child with special needs, Jennifer is passionate about creating inclusive environments, where every child can thrive and believes in the transformative power of education and targeted interventions, especially for disadvantaged children.
