Kalpesh graduated with a law degree (LLB Hons) from Queen Mary College, London, and qualified as a barrister from the Inner Temple. He helped set up operations in Atlanta, in the US and operations in Ahmedabad & Kochi, India.
He has worked with many private and public-sector organisations, helping them engage and connect with ethnic communities. Kalpesh has a particular interest and expertise in helping organisations devise marketing strategies targeting various business sectors and the Asian community, and he serves as an ambassador for the Confederation of British Industry’s (CBI) Change the Race Ratio initiative.
Kalpesh has worked with Sadhguru, Swami Chidanand Saraswati and many spiritual leaders, and his philosophy is to be always ready for war. He continues to lead the business with a keen eye on continuous evolution to build on the legacy of AMG’s founder, his father Ramniklal Solanki CBE who established the business on 1st April 1968.
