Nishma Gosrani OBE
Nishma Gosrani OBE is a Financial Services Partner at Bain & Company in London, where she leads the innovative Financial Services Female CEO Club, Stratos. With over two decades of consulting experience, Nishma has designed and implemented cutting-edge people initiatives across various geographies. Her expertise spans human capital transformation, the impact of digitisation and Gen AI on future work strategies, cost restructuring, regulatory changes, and purpose-led cultural shifts. She is a thought leader in Bain’s Organisation Practice in Financial Services and previously led the Financial Services Culture, People Change, and Organisation Design practice at Deloitte Consulting.
Recognised for her contributions to diversity and inclusion, Nishma was listed in the Financial Times’, “Top 35 Future Leaders” and was awarded an OBE in 2020 for her pioneering work in gender pay gap reporting and influencing the Equality Act. She has received several accolades, including “Asian Professional of the Year” at the Asian Achievers Awards and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Nishma graduated with first-class honours from University College London and completed Executive Education at London Business School. Her recent publications include contributions to The Banker and Bain & Company reports on key themes in wholesale banking and diversity in executive pipelines.
