Rajan Jain

Rajan is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he runs the Strategic Solutions team in the Equities business. Prior to joining Goldman, Rajan was in the Global Markets business at Credit Suisse, where he served as EMEA Head of Complex and Corporate Equity Structuring. Earlier in his career and prior to becoming an investment banker, he practiced law at Linklaters, where he qualified as both a solicitor (England and Wales) and US Attorney (New York).

Outside of his professional life, Rajan is a Trustee of the Rattan Lal Jain Foundation. He also serves on the committee of Cambridge University’s Trinity Hall Association, which supports the college and awards grants to students undertaking humanitarian projects.

Rajan earned a MA (Cantab) degree in law from Cambridge University in 2000.
