Sarah Guidas

Sarah is a results-driven business development and donor relationship specialist with substantial experience securing grants for NGOs and INGOs. She has demonstrated success in managing high-value donor relationships and increasing giving through effective grant management and tailored stewardship strategies for institutional and private sector donors. She is adept at optimising processes and fostering impactful partnerships to meet and exceed fundraising targets.

Sarah is passionate about education equality and is dedicated to ensuring that all children and youth—particularly girls, those in crisis-affected contexts, displaced populations, and marginalised groups—have access to quality, safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive education. She previously worked for local organisations supporting education access in Southeast Asia and for Mercy Corps, which implements education projects globally, including in Somalia, Jordan, and Iraq. She holds a Master’s in Development Studies with a focus on international education from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex.
